Party Floor
This home is an entertainer’s dream come true. If you like to entertain friends, family, and co-workers, this may be the home for you. Two floors are traditional, but the lower level of the home is The Party Floor, and it is second to none. It is 2,700 square feet of exceptional beauty and function. It is not your traditional basement!
Just off the entry and kitchen are stairs that lead to the Party Floor. The stairs are 4 feet wide and feature wrought iron railings on both sides. The steps are carpeted. There is also an outside entrance to the Party Floor. Guests can access it via the driveway and boardwalk at the rear of the home, entering through the covered patio.

Bar and Dining
The dining area measures 26’ by 12’, while the bar area is approximately 12’ by 12’. The bar was handcrafted on the premises and is constructed from bamboo, brass, and plywood. It includes a leather armrest and a brass footrest and comfortably seats six. Behind the bar is a full kitchen with all appliances and a sink. The area features three large windows that provide Southern exposure during the day. The bar area has a 10’ ceiling, while the dining area has an 8’ ceiling. There are three can-lights on a dimmer switch, along with fluorescent lighting. The dining area includes a high-top table with four chairs, a chandelier, and a leather couch.
Pool Table Area
The pool table area measures 28’ by 14’ and has a tray ceiling with LED lighting. The space features a gas-lit functional fireplace with a raised hearth and slate cap. The floor is diagonally covered with porcelain tile. A 9’ French door unit on the Southern side of the room provides access to a covered patio. The pool table is an American Heritage, measuring 99” by 54”. There are two speakers above the table, a chandelier, and six can-lights, two of which are positioned over the fireplace.
Music Room
The music room measures 13’ by 12’ and features a 135-degree angled 2-step rise, complementing the dining room’s 2-step design. It has a tray ceiling with LED lighting. The room includes eight speakers, a subwoofer, and four overhead lights. The floor is bamboo, and the space is furnished with two leather loveseats.
The theater room measures 24’ by 22’ and features an Epson HC106 Home Cinema 1060 1080P projector. The screen size is 12’. It is equipped with surround sound (10 speakers) and a subwoofer, powered by a Yamaha RX-V361 receiver. The speakers are Klipsch. There are 10 can-lights in the ceiling, all on dimmer switches. The floor is carpeted. The room includes seating for four, a small beverage bar, a large closet with fluorescent lighting, and additional furnishings.
Theater Room
Wine Cellar
The wine cellar measures 18’ by 7’ but does not include storage space. The wine rack was custom-built on-site and holds 120 magnum bottles of wine. The walls are paneled, and the floor is porcelain tile. The room is unheated, and the door was handcrafted on-site.
This bathroom was built at a 45-degree angle and includes a large shower area, a toilet with a pocket door, and a raised sink. It was constructed in the same style as the other bathrooms in the home.

Hall
The hall measures 30’ by 7’ and provides access to the utility room, wine cellar, bathroom, closet, and theater room.
Utility Room
This room houses the furnace, hot-water tank, and utility sink. It measures 16’ by 7’ and provides much additional storage beneath the steps. The room is unfinished.
